FAQ: 

The cold working of inconel600 alloy.

1.Cold working material should be annealed or solid solution heat treatment, and the working hardening rate of 600 alloy should be close to austenitic stainless steel, so it can choose similar processing equipment.

2.Intermediate annealing shall be carried out during the cold work.

3.When the amount of cold work is greater than 5%, the workpiece needs to be treated with solid solution.

4.To reduce the wear of materials, the die shall be made of alloy tool steel, carbide or cast steel.
